God has blessed us with two beautiful and healthy children and we are so excited to be welcoming another baby girl at the end of April. She was quite stubborn during the ultrasound though and we will be going back in two weeks to hopefully get the heart and facial assessment done as the radiologist was not able to get the views he needed to tell us she is totally healthy. Her brain, spinal cord and bones look great but the only picture we came home with yesterday was of a foot. Poor Carter was in the ultrasound room with us for over an hour and a half as the radiology tech had me doing jumping jacks trying to get the baby to move. We were lucky to even find out the sex as she kept her legs tightly closed (hopefully that will be a lasting habit until she is married) until the very end of the scan. We will continue to update as we learn more about our latest addition!
