I can't believe that my little boy has started kindergarten. I think I had a harder time with him going than he did. I went and had lunch with him for the first 3 days he was in school and finally yesterday I had to let him do it on his own (and of course he came home with 2 bites of his bagel gone and nothing else).
His teacher says he is doing great! He was placed in the advanced reading class with 1st graders and we are so proud of him. I know I shouldn't be as sad as I am but I really miss having him around during the day. He has a wonderful teacher and of course when you ask him what his favorite thing about school is he says, "recess and gym," typical boy for you...

How sweet! Congratulations on having a kindergardner, Im sure youre gonna be great at it and even if he doesnt show it, Im sure he's thinking about you and missing you all day... except for during recess ang gym :)
