We were so blessed to have had a wonderful Easter with our family. We spent Saturday morning at our neighborhood egg hunt. Sunday we went to the early service at Mars Hill and followed it up with a delicious breakfast at the Hi-Life in Ballard. Then we went home for naps and off to Nana & Bampa's for an egg hunt and dinner.
It is so amazing to see God's work in our children and this Easter really demonstrated how much the kids are taking in from our books, projects and discussions about God. Carter asked numerous questions about Jesus's death and resurrection that I couldn't even answer (thank God for the book, Big Truths for Young Hearts by Bruce Ware). I am so grateful for God and the work he has been doing in me and the kids.
