We have had some amazing spring weather here in Seattle and our family has taken advantage of it by heading to a nearby beach with the kids for some exploration. Carter and Adeline have so much fun searching for seashells, building forts with driftwood and skipping rocks in the water. In this day in age when we are constantly bombarded with the notion that kids need the latest video games, computers and toys it is a pleasant reminder to me to see how little kids actually need to have a great time.
