Adeline has kept busy these winter months with swim lessons, gymnastics and her favorite activity of them all, ballet. We were finally able to get her into a real ballet school, Olympic Ballet Theater. It took some persuading of the director as Adeline was 20 days too young per their guidelines. But after some gentle persuasion they allowed her to partake in a trial class to make sure she could keep with the other girls. It took a few days but the director finally got back to me with the exciting news that Adeline could join. Today was her second class and usually parents are not allowed in the classroom, but once a quarter they open it up to parents to observe (and take pictures of course) and luckily we started just in time.
