We spent our Saturday with the kids in the Fort Worth Stockyards for the daily cattle drive. The kids thought it was really fun to see all the longhorns walking down the street. Adeline got in the cowboy spirit with the purchase of her very own "cowgirl hat." It has been difficult to get it off her since we've been home.
That evening we went to dinner with Brandon's family at one of our favorite restaurants, Babes. Delicious chicken fried steak and fried chicken with all the southern fixins. It was so fun seeing everyone. Most of the family had yet to meet Eleanor so it was really great to catch up.
After dinner we went with Uncle Jimmy, Aunt Donna and Cousin Tracy to the park for some play time and to burn off some of those calories...
