Summer Fun in Seattle

We have been blessed with beautiful and unseasonal weather here in Seattle for the past few weeks. The sunny days with highs in the 70's have made for great outdoor outings with the kids. We have made a few trips to the zoo, parks and Carter has been taking swimming lessons at the local pool.
Adeline is talking up a storm and still getting used to being a big sister. Carter has been busy at preschool and playing with the neighbor kids. He had a Multicultural Performance at school where he had to sing and dance with his class. I think he was lipsyncing the whole time. He is a bit shy in front of crowds. Eleanor is doing great. She was 10 lbs 11 oz at 7 weeks. She has been dealing with reflux symptoms so the pediatrician is trying her on some Zantac to see if she improves.

Brandon and Auntie Kiki are coaching Carter's Nerf Soccer team which has been very amusing to watch, a bunch of 5 and 6 year old kid running wild after a ball on a soccer court.  Carter scored his first goals this week, one for his team and one for the opposing team. We were very proud. And thanks to Cousin Billy, Carter was also able to sneak onto a tee ball team, that he was too young to legally play for, and get some much needed practice for his future career as a MLB player.
