With all praise and glory to God we are proud to announce the arrival of Eleanor Alice Cox at 4:29pm on April 23rd 2009. She weighed in at 6 lbs 2 oz and 19.5 in long. Our pediatrician saw her this morning and said she looks great. She has more hair than Adeline and it is really dark. Other than her hair color I think she looks just like Adeline.
The kids love their new sister. Adeline gave her numerous kisses and worked on her "gentle touches." Once Carter arrived from the Mariner's game he promptly held her in the rocking chair, giving her kisses and whispering to her about what a "sweet baby" she is. We are so proud of our little family.
